Who we are
MaxLift is made by Max Bartolic, trading as Offload Labs (ABN 12 814 970 590), in Adelaide, South Australia. Email us any time at report@maxlift.org.
Paying
- Lemon Squeezy sells MaxLift subscriptions for us. They’re the seller of record: they take the payment and handle the tax.
- You get 14 days free from when you first open MaxLift. After that it’s A$29 a year.
- Your subscription renews every year until you cancel.
- Cancel any time in Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription (Lemon Squeezy’s customer portal). It won’t renew, and you keep access until the end of the year you’ve already paid for. You can restart it from the same place.
Refunds
Not happy? Email report@maxlift.org within 14 days of any charge, renewals included, for a full refund. This doesn’t limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your licence
- One subscription works on 2 phones. It’s for you, so please don’t share or resell your key.
- New phone? Tap Move to another phone in Settings to free up a spot.
Your data
Your plans and workout log live only on your phone, and we never get a copy. So keep backups (Settings → Save my log): if your phone is lost or reset, or the browser clears its storage, we can’t get your data back.
Your health
Suggested weights are a guide only. Check with a doctor before starting a new program, and stop if something hurts.
If something goes wrong
We work hard to keep MaxLift running well, but we can’t promise it’ll always be perfect. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes and the law
If these terms change, we’ll update this page and its date. They’re governed by the law of South Australia.
